Trust Company of the Year01 Our approach
Your family's wealth carries a story—and a responsibility. We protect more than assets: we safeguard the values, intentions and legacy behind them.
Founded in Switzerland in 2002, SwissIndependent Trustees is financially and philosophically independent. We exercise judgement rather than sell products. From Geneva, our experienced lawyers, accountants and trust specialists bring technical rigour and considered action to structures that need direction.

We protect the history, values and intentions families want to carry forward.
Judgement guided by the interests of the structures and families we serve, not by products.
Prepared to make difficult fiduciary decisions properly—and to act when action is required.
Long-term, personal relationships shaped by integrity, discretion and humility.
02 What we do
Built around your world
We work closely with entrepreneurs and families whose insight and enterprise created the wealth we help steward.
We do not shy away from complexity. Families and advisers often come to us when structures have become complicated, neglected or require more active fiduciary involvement. We work systematically to restore clarity, governance and momentum.
Over years of partnership, we build an in-depth understanding of their businesses, assets and ambitions. Combined with our global network of leading advisers, banks and asset managers, that knowledge gives our work both personal context and broad perspective.
Professional trusteeship combining precise administration with independent fiduciary judgement, active governance and the resolve to act when a structure needs direction.
A clear, consolidated view of family assets, maintained with precision.
Company incorporation, holding structures, accounting and ongoing administration.
Thoughtful, resilient succession planning that protects family values, intentions and purpose across generations.
03 Fiduciary leadership
Experienced stewardship
Good trusteeship is proactive. It calls for technical strength, independent judgement and the courage to say no—or to act—when that is the right fiduciary decision. Our Executive Directors bring cross-border experience and steady, personal involvement to complex decisions.
